Tram Tau - a land that used to belong to Yen Bai province, now part of the new Lao Cai province - is famous for its hot mineral springs in the mountains and forests, Ta Chi Nhu peak, Mong villages and golden terraced rice fields. Traveling to Tram Tau is a journey to find the pristine nature and highland culture of the Northwest.
06:00: Car & tour guide pick you up at the meeting point, depart for Tram Tau via Highway 32. On the way, the group stops to rest and have breakfast (you pay for breakfast yourself - if needed).
08:00: The group stops to take pictures at the green Thanh Son Tea Hill (Phu Tho).
Noon: Arrive at Nghia Lo, you will have lunch at the restaurant.
After lunch, the group will get on the car to Tram Tau to check in at the homestay and rest.
Afternoon: You are free to visit and bathe in the hot mineral spring at Tram Tau. With a very special location, nestled in the middle of a majestic natural landscape, this is a natural hot mineral spring flowing from the ground, so the water source is extremely clean, good for health, the water temperature is about 43-45 degrees Celsius. The spring water is very clear, you can see all the way to the bottom, sparkling with pebbles.
Evening: You will have dinner at the restaurant. After dinner, the group is free to rest and enjoy the cool air of Tram Tau at night.
Morning: After breakfast, you are free to bathe in Red Dao leaves at the motel (at your own expense). Red Dao bath leaves are one of the precious products of the Northwest region. This health care method is valuable for patients with bone and joint pain, especially women after giving birth. In fact, the traditional herbal bath of the Red Dao people is scientifically recognized to bring health to people.
09:30: The group checks out. Then get on the bus to Nghia Lo for lunch.
13:30: The car and tour guide take you to Suoi Giang to visit the rows of ancient Shan Tuyet tea trees that are hundreds of years old with large, moldy white trunks, one of the impressive images.
14:30: The group gets on the bus to return to Hanoi.
19:00: Expected to return to Hanoi, the car takes you to the original pick-up point, says goodbye and sees you again in the next program.
