CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Tour: After payment, if you wish to cancel your tour, please send your ID card and payment receipt as confirmation via the email address you used to book the tour to proceed with the cancellation. The company does not accept cancellation notifications via phone.

Cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If you arrive late, it will be considered a cancellation one day prior to your trip.

Note: The conditions applied will depend on which previous conditions were met.

- Canceling the tour immediately after registration will result in forfeiture of the tour deposit.

- Canceling the tour within 15-20 days before departure will incur a 50% penalty of the tour price.

- Canceling the tour within 10-15 days before departure will incur a 70% penalty of the tour price.

- Canceling the tour within 10 days before departure will incur a 100% penalty of the tour price.

- For air tickets, refund/cancellation/reservation conditions (if any) are subject to the airline's regulations.

- No refunds, cancellations, or changes are allowed on public holidays; the above cancellation policy does not apply.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please bring your original valid Citizen Identification Card/Passport on the day of departure.
If you are a foreigner or overseas Vietnamese, please bring all necessary documents (passport, Vietnam re-entry visa, etc.) when going on the tour.

Guests aged 70 to under 75 years old are required to sign a health declaration form with the company. Guests aged 75 years and older are required to have a certificate of good health for overseas travel issued by a doctor and a health declaration form with the company. A family member under 60 years old (in good health) must accompany them. Additionally, guests over 75 years old are encouraged to pay an additional premium insurance fee (the fee varies depending on the tour). Guests aged 80 years and older are not accepted.
Pregnant customers are requested to inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration for further information and advice. We do not accept pregnant customers who are 5 months or more into their pregnancy for safety reasons.

Children traveling without their parents must have a letter of authorization from their parents and confirmation from the ward/commune where their permanent residence is registered.

Customers who require a VAT invoice should inform the sales consultant at the time of booking. This must be done no later than 7 days after the tour ends.
The itinerary and hotel bookings may be subject to change to accommodate the group's circumstances, but the total number of attractions remains unchanged. Hotel check-in time: after 2 PM and check-out time: before 12 PM.

If you require a single room or are traveling alone, or are in an odd-numbered group of 3, 5, or 7 people without a roommate, a surcharge will apply.

For beach and island tours: if you are unwell, have a medical history, or have consumed any stimulants (alcohol, beer, etc.), you should not swim or snorkel to ensure your absolute safety.In the event of an unforeseen incident, Wondering will not be held liable for intentional breach of contract.

Insurance only covers customers participating in the tour and incidents occurring during the tour (from the tour departure date to the tour end date). If a customer continues treatment after the tour end date as prescribed by a medical authority, they will also be covered (based on medical invoices). The insured amount will be determined and compensated by the insurance company according to the contract signed with Wondering, not based on all of the customer's invoices.

In the event of force majeure due to weather, natural disasters, riots, war, epidemics, flight delays or cancellations due to weather or technical issues, etc., which prevent the tour from continuing, Wondering will refund the tour fee after deducting the costs of services already rendered and will not be liable for any further compensation.

If, for any reason of force majeure, the group does not have at least 10 participants to depart, please reschedule to another departure date or Wondering will refund 100% of the amount paid by the customer to the company.

When booking a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions, and cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. If you are not registering for the tour in person but have someone else register for you, please carefully review the program details with the person who registered on your behalf.
