Tuyen Quang
Tuyen Quang is a province in the northeast of Vietnam, known for its brave history, beautiful nature, and rich traditional culture. It was called the “capital of the liberated zone” during the resistance wars and is home to many important historical places. Na Hang
Na Hang Ecotourism Area is a highlight destination with the wild and majestic beauty of the northeastern mountains and forests. Khuoi Nhi Waterfall
Khuoi Nhi Waterfall is a stunning and pristine natural destination located in the Na Hang Ecotourism Area, Tuyen Quang Province. The waterfall has many levels, with water cascading down in a white, foamy flow, winding through rocks and dense forests. At the foot of the waterfall are clear, cool pools where visitors can relax and soak in the refreshing natural water. Surrounded by majestic mountains and forests, the area offers fresh air and is perfect for exploration, trekking, and camping activities.
Vai Pha Pillar
In the Tay language, "Vai Pha" means "Sky Pole" – a name inspired by the image of a massive stone pillar towering into the sky amidst the vast mountain landscape, as if connecting the earth and the sky. The stone pillar rises tens of meters high, with a unique shape formed by natural weathering over millions of years. Surrounded by pristine forests, rolling mountains, and fresh air, the area creates a peaceful and poetic atmosphere, attracting many visitors for sightseeing, photography, and exploration. Coc Vai Pha is also a sacred spiritual site, where ceremonies are held to pray for good weather, abundant crops, and peaceful life for the local people.
Nam Me Waterfall
Nam Me Waterfall is located in Khuon Ha commune, Lam Binh district. In the Tay language, “Nam Me” means “Mother Waterfall” or “Mother Stream.” It is a large waterfall, about 4,000 meters long and over 200 meters above sea level. With 15 cascading levels and strong water flow all year round, Nam Me Waterfall looks truly majestic in the heart of the forest. It is surrounded by ancient primary forests filled with rare, valuable trees, creating a breathtaking natural scene that attracts many visitors.
The H52 Weapons Factory Site
The H52 Weapons Factory Site is an important historical location in Thuong Lam commune, Lam Binh district, Tuyen Quang province. It was a secret weapons production site during the resistance against the French colonialists from 1950 to 1954. The area was chosen for its rugged terrain, which made it easy to defend and ideal for hidden operations. Today, it attracts history lovers interested in learning about the anti-French resistance. It was recognized as a national historical site in 2009.
