Western Vietnam Discovery Tour: Mỹ Tho – Bến Tre – Đồng Tháp – Châu Đốc – Cần Thơ – Cà Mau – Bạc Liêu – Sóc Trăng

03:00: Car & tour guide pick you up at the meeting point, depart for Noi Bai airport. The group checks in for flight VN204 at 05:00 to Ho Chi Minh City (you prepare breakfast yourself).

07:10: Arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport, car & tour guide pick you up to start the journey to explore the West, through the rich provinces of the Mekong Delta along the My Thuan - Trung Luong highway.

09:30: Arrive at My Tho tourist port, the group boards a boat along the Tien River to see the four islands Long, Lan, Quy, Phung. The boat runs along the floating fish rafts, watching Rach Mieu bridge.

10:15: At Thoi Son Islet (Lan Islet), you will walk on the village road, visit local houses to learn about the rustic life in the hamlet, then visit the Green Skin Grapefruit garden, honey bee farm, enjoy honey lemon tea, ...

Continuing the journey at Thoi Son Islet, you will enjoy Don ca tai tu (traditional Vietnamese music) of the coconut land, eat free fruit while rowing a small boat, watching the poetic rows of water coconuts.

11:00: The boat will take you to Ben Tre, where you will visit the coconut candy factory, Tan Thach rice paper factory, experience the country horse carriage, on the way, you can admire the rich fruit garden of the people on the islet.

Noon: You will have lunch at Thoi Son Islet Tourist Area, experience a friendly and close meal in the garden.

After lunch, the group will board the boat back to My Tho wharf, you can enjoy fresh coconut on the boat.

14:00: The group gets on the bus and continues to Chau Doc (An Giang).

18:00: You have dinner at the restaurant and then the bus takes you back to the hotel to check in and rest.

You stay overnight in Chau Doc (An Giang)

Morning: You will have breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, the car and tour guide will take you to visit important spiritual sites at the foot of Sam Mountain:

• Ba Chua Xu Temple Sam Mountain: This is not only a spiritual site but also associated with historical stories about the people who reclaimed the land as well as fought against foreign invaders. Even if you are not like pilgrims, visitors coming here will also admire the architectural works imbued with cultural and artistic values, every detail is meticulously carved.
• Tay An ancient temple: The temple is recognized by the Vietnam Book of Records Center as the first temple combining Indian architectural art and ancient ethnic architecture in Vietnam
• Thoai Ngoc Hau Tomb: The temple worships the famous general who devoted his entire life to the Nguyen Dynasty with the mission of expanding the territory, opening up An Giang land and maintaining peace in the Southwest.

Noon: You will have lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, the group takes the - Sam Mountain cable car to the top of the mountain. During the cable car ride, you will admire the poetic panorama of Chau Doc city from above. You will have fun and explore: Jade Buddha Temple, Medicine Buddha Temple, Lady Xu's Platform, Sam Mountain Snake God Temple; Three Tigers Temple, ... or check-in points such as: orchid garden, love bridge, terraced fields, observation tower, ...

Afternoon: The car will take you back to the hotel to rest.

Evening: You will have dinner at the restaurant. After dinner, you are free to rest at the hotel or explore Chau Doc city at night. Overnight in Chau Doc.

Morning: You will have breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you will check out and then the car will pick you up to visit:

• Tra Su Melaleuca Forest:: Immerse yourself in the wild nature with an extremely diverse ecosystem. Sitting on a small boat, gliding gently on the water, you will have the opportunity to admire the green Melaleuca forests, listen to the chirping of birds and explore the life of wild animals.

Noon: The group will have lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, the car will take you to visit Cam Mountain - one of the most sacred mountains in the West. After completing the procedures, the group will begin the journey to conquer the mountain peak:

• Van Linh Pagoda: With its back leaning against the hillside, facing Thuy Liem Lake, Van Linh Pagoda brings a feeling of peace and relaxation. The cool green space with many flowers and ornamental plants will help you relax and enjoy the fresh air.
• Big Buddha Temple: This ancient temple, over 200 years old, is one of the spiritual destinations that attracts many tourists. You take the time to admire the unique architecture and pray for good things.

15:00: The group goes down the mountain, then gets on the bus to continue moving to Can Tho City - the capital of the Southwest region. The group checks into the hotel in Can Tho.

Evening: You have dinner at the restaurant. After dinner, you are free to relax and explore Can Tho at night with the bustling walking street. Overnight in Can Tho.

05:00: You wake up early, the car will pick you up to Ninh Kieu wharf. The group boards the boat to start visiting Cai Rang floating market - one of the largest and most famous floating markets in the Mekong Delta. With the bustling scene of boats, the echoing cries of vendors on the river and the bustling trading activities, Cai Rang floating market has become an attractive destination, attracting millions of domestic and foreign tourists.

Following the gentle Can Tho river, the boat will take you on the river for about 30 minutes. You have the opportunity to welcome the beautiful sunrise right on the river.

06:00: Arrive at Cai Rang floating market, the group can experience buying fruit, having breakfast (crab vermicelli soup, porridge, noodles, coffee, ...) right on the selling boats. Enjoy breakfast (at your own expense) amidst the vast river scene, the sound of the boat engine, the rhythmic chatter in the vast space will be an unforgettable experience on this trip to the West.

06:30: The boat takes you to the Hu Tieu Oven, the group visits the traditional Hu Tieu production model, enjoys creative Hu Tieu pizza (at your own expense)

08:00: You return to Ninh Kieu wharf, the car takes the group back to the hotel. For those who have not had breakfast while at the market, you can have breakfast at the hotel (included in the room rate). After breakfast, the group checks out of the hotel.

09:00: The car takes you from Can Tho to the southernmost land of the country - Ca Mau Cape.

12:00: The group has lunch at the restaurant.

15:00: Arrive at Dat Mui - Ca Mau, you will fully experience the wild beauty of the southernmost land of the Fatherland:

• Check-in at the National GPS 000 coordinates marker; Pano symbolizing Ca Mau cape; End of Ho Chi Minh road 2436km
• The Temple of the National Ancestor Lac Long Quan and the Statue of Mother Au Co: this is not only a spiritual support for the people of Ca Mau, but also a symbol of the morality of drinking water, remembering its source, connecting many generations of Vietnamese people on the journey to preserve and promote the traditions of their ancestors.
• Conquer Dat Mui Flagpole: from the flagpole over 41m high, you can admire the beauty of the poetic Hon Khoai island cluster in the middle of the East Sea or the vast mangrove forests.

You will continue your journey by canoe through the mangrove forest to explore the second largest mangrove forest in the world, with a diverse ecosystem, wild beauty and fresh air. Check-in at the unique stop on the West Sea alluvial land (where the sea encroaches on 80-100m annually) and visit the local traditional thatched houses and the unique monkey bridge through the forest.

Evening: Return to Ca Mau City for dinner at the restaurant and then check in to the hotel to rest.

07:00: You will have breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you will depart for Bac Lieu to visit:

• Bac Lieu Wind Power Field : a typical tourist destination of the Mekong Delta in 2019, symbolizing the pioneering in the field of renewable energy, combating climate change, and protecting protective forests. You will enjoy the majestic and poetic scenery like in European countries of the Bac Lieu "wind power field".
• Check-in at the House of the Prince of Bac Lieu: admire the impressive Western architecture and learn about the life of the Prince of Bac Lieu, famous in the region through the remaining relics.

Leaving Bac Lieu, the car will continue to take the group to Soc Trang (Can Tho City). The group will have lunch at the restaurant before continuing to visit:

• Bat Pagoda: also known as Ma Toc Pagoda or Mahatup Pagoda. This is a gathering place and holds traditional festivals of ethnic communities in the area. The pagoda is famous for its Khmer architecture with sophisticated carvings. The unique feature is the bats living in the garden in the pagoda. You can rent Khmer costumes to take photos at the pagoda.
• Clay Pagoda (Buu Son Tu): with hundreds of large and small statues all made from clay, more uniquely, there are 8 candles weighing a total of 1.4 tons of wax.
• Reclining Buddha Pagoda (Rong Botum Vong Sa Som Rong Pagoda, known to locals as Som Rong Pagoda):Reclining  The pagoda was built with great care and bears the cultural identity of the people of Soc Trang. The group visits: Statue of Buddha Sakyamuni entering nirvana (Reclining Buddha Statue); Pagoda tower, ...

16:00: The car takes the group to Can Tho airport, the group has a light dinner at the airport or on the plane. You check in for flight VN1206 at 19:25 to return to Hanoi.

21:40: Arrive at Noi Bai airport, car picks up the group and returns to the original pick-up point, says goodbye and see you again in the next program.
