Hà Khẩu borders Lào Cai Province in Vietnam, separated only by the Hồ Kiều Bridge over the Nậm Thi River, which marks the boundary between the two countries. A day exploring Hà Khẩu mainly involves sightseeing, taking photos, enjoying local food, and shopping at very affordable prices. Châu Hồng Hà, a border region of China adjacent to Lào Cai Province, boasts majestic natural landscapes intertwined with ancient architectural works dating back thousands of years. 00:30: You arrive at the meeting point, get on the sleeper bus to depart for Lao Cai at 01:00 am.
06:00: Arrive in Lao Cai, the group has breakfast on their own.
07:00: You complete exit procedures to Hekou (China) through Lao Cai border gate.
07:30: Arrive in Hekou, the car & tour guide pick up the group, take the group to Binh Bien (distance 100km - 2 hours by car)
Noon: The group has lunch at the restaurant, enjoys typical dishes of the Binh Bien region.
Afternoon: After lunch, the car takes the group to visit:
Mieu Tich Thuy Village: known as "little Phoenix Ancient Town", possessing a unique beauty interwoven between natural scenery and indigenous culture of the Miao people in Yunnan, Miao Trai attracts countless domestic and foreign tourists every year.
16:00: You get on the car to go to Di Lac - the city of hot mineral springs, high-class resorts in Yunnan province (distance 200km - 3h20p by car)
19:30: Arrive in Di Lac, the group will have dinner at the restaurant.
After dinner, the group will return to the hotel to check in and rest. Guests are free to bathe in hot mineral springs at the hotel or freely visit and walk on Hong Ha Thuy Huong street - a walking street with unique recreational activities in Di Lac (if there is time). 07:00: You wake up early to have breakfast at the hotel and then check out.
The car picks up the group and departs for Cam Binh Mountain where there is the largest sitting Maitreya Buddha statue in China. The group visits:
The Maitreya Buddha statue and the ancient Maitreya Pagoda are located on Cam Binh Mountain, more than 10km from Maitreya town, built during the Qing Dynasty and restored during the Qianlong period. Later, the pagoda was rebuilt and completed in 1999. The road to the top of the mountain goes through 1999 steps. The Maitreya Buddha statue is the second largest sitting Buddha statue in the world (after the Maitreya statue made of black sandstone on Ba Den Mountain - Vietnam), 19.99m high. The Maitreya Buddha pedestal is 4.96m high and is surrounded by white lotus flowers, symbolizing the pure land of Buddha.
You will continue to visit Dong Phong Van (Di Lac) - Pottery Village is a symbol of the perfect combination of traditional culture, beautiful nature and art tourism. Famous for the title "Provence of central Yunnan", Dong Phong Van brings visitors a dreamy space, like a modern version of the lavender city in France. Here, the group will visit:
Kaleidoscope Museum: The Kaleidoscope Museum building is an ideal photo spot famous on social networking sites because of its unique shape like a stack of red wine bottles. The museum is known as "the magical future magic castle" or "the fairy tale castle closest to your heart of Dong Phong Van", this is truly a highlight not to be missed when exploring this land.
Lavender park: more than 10 types of beautiful flowers such as lavender, bellflowers, golden crown daisies and magnolias compete to bloom, creating a breathtaking scene for visitors to visit here. The flower park is most beautiful from April to October, so visit here at this time to fully enjoy a forest of fresh flowers.
Half Cloud: is a continuation and inheritance of the architectural style of the Kaleidoscope Art Museum with the shape of a half-cloud floating in the sky because the outer walls protrude like clouds in the sky.
Noon: The group has lunch at the restaurant and then moves to Jianshui - the city of ancient houses (distance 190km - 2h30p by car)
15:00: Visit Jianshui Ancient Town: one of the famous historical and cultural towns of China, there are more than 50 well-preserved ancient buildings, famous as the "Museum of Ancient Buildings and Houses". Here the group will visit:
Chu family garden: The Chu family garden was built during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty by Chu Weiqing, a local courtier, next to the ancestral house. This is a typical garden with a strong southern character and high architectural artistic value.
Chaoyang Tower: built in the 22nd year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1389) for more than 600 years, is one of the main symbols of the long history of Jianshui, China.
Songlong Bridge: long famous as a large stone arch bridge with two spans and seventeen holes, located at the junction of the Lushui River and the Tac Thon River. It is so named because the two rivers curve like two dragons.
Jianshui Ximen: likened to a "miniature Tiananmen"
Evening: In the evening, the group is free to have dinner and explore Jianshui cuisine at the Jianshui Night Market, enjoying the specialties here.
Strolling along the winding alleys of Jianshui China will give you a great opportunity to sample delicious local specialties, from the popular pot-roasted chicken and lion cakes to the legendary Lin'an baked tofu that you can find at street stalls.

Morning: The group has breakfast at the hotel and then checks out.
08:00: The group departs for Mong Tu (distance 70km - 1h30p by car). The group continues to visit the shop selling and introducing Silk, Medicine and local specialties.
Noon: The group has lunch with the specialty dish "Bun Qua Cau". After lunch, continue to visit and take photos at Bun Town - Located near Hong Ha Avenue, the bridge bun town is divided into 7 functional areas: industrial park, creative culture area, commercial area, specialty food area, boutique homestay area, digital industrial area, night market economic area including: dining, entertainment and other entertainment activities... The entire town has a garden-style and ancient structure - a smokeless town with green bricks and black tiles, small bridges and flowing water that make you feel like you are living in the Tang and Song dynasties with the poetic Jiangnan garden as the backdrop. The bridge bun town is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a place where visitors can taste the delicacies of Hong Ha district and fill their hungry stomachs with the local specialties.
15:00: The group gets on the bus to return to Hekou.
17:30: Arrive at the border gate, the group completes immigration procedures to return to Vietnam.
18:00: Sleeper bus picks up the group from Lao Cai back to Hanoi.
23:30: Arrive in Hanoi, say goodbye and see you again in the next program!

Hướng dẫn viên nhiệt tình, thông thạo tiếng Việt – Trung, giải thích chi tiết về từng điểm đến và văn hóa bản địa. Xe đi êm, chỗ nghỉ tiện nghi, bữa ăn địa phương ngon. Tôi cảm thấy rất được chăm sóc trong suốt chuyến đi.
