Overview
Quan Lan is a small island in Bai Tu Long Bay, Van Don Special Zone, Quang Ninh Province. With a modest area of about 11 km2, the island has many long beaches, white sand, and clear blue water. Quan Lan Beach is one of the beaches that still retains its wild, peaceful beauty despite having been developed for tourism for a long time. The air here is extremely fresh, not polluted like many other beaches. The long stretches of white sand, the coastline with murmuring waves have brought a poetic beauty to this sea area.

06:00: Car & tour guide pick you up at the meeting point, depart for Van Don in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong - Van Don expressway. On the way, the car stops for the group to rest and have breakfast (breakfast costs are self-sufficient).
11:00: Arrive at Ao Tien Port, you will have lunch at the restaurant before boarding the 13:00 speedboat to Quan Lan Island.
14:00: Arrive at Minh Chau Port (Quan Lan), the electric car will take you to the hotel to check in and rest.
Afternoon: You are free to swim at Minh Chau beach with long white sand beaches, immerse yourself in the clear blue water. From about 17:30, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset at Quan Lan when the sky will gradually change from blue to pink, then to a brilliant orange-yellow. The last rays of the day shine a sparkling golden light, reflecting on the sea surface, creating a silver-like light.
18:30: You will have dinner at the restaurant, enjoying fresh seafood specialties. After dinner, you can walk around the island or sit and watch the sea at night, feeling the peaceful beauty of the island district before returning to the hotel to rest. Overnight at the hotel on Quan Lan island.
Morning: You will have breakfast, then the electric car and tour guide will take you to explore Quan Lan Island:
- The river with two white sand banks: The scenery of two white sand banks stretching along the river, in the middle is a clear blue water will make you feel like you are lost in a fairyland. This is a favorite check-in spot for many tourists thanks to the impressive natural scenery.
- Minh Chau Grassland: Located near the river with two white sand banks, this place is a large green grassland, with a peaceful beauty like the European countryside. This is an ideal stop to enjoy the fresh air and take poetic photos.
- Minh Chau Golden Sand Hill: This is a long natural golden sand hill, a little-known but beautiful place to take photos and have fun. This sand hill attracts many photographers and nature lovers to explore.
Noon: You will have lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, the group will return to the hotel to rest and avoid the heat.
16:00: After a short rest, the group can visit:
- Eo Gio Quan Lan: located in the north of the island. This is one of the famous places with a view of the vast sea and the surrounding towering mountains. Standing at Eo Gio, you will feel the cool sea breeze blowing in, bringing a feeling of relaxation and comfort. Take some time to admire the majestic natural scenery here, take some souvenir photos and enjoy the fresh air.
Leaving Eo Gio is also the time of sunset, the sun is only faintly shining, which is the most suitable time to go to the famous beaches in Quan Lan and enjoy the sea water. Some suggested beaches:
- Robinson Beach: This is a quiet and pristine beach, little known, very suitable for those who want to find a private space in the middle of nature. With clear blue water and quiet space, Robinson is an ideal place for you to relax, read a book or simply immerse yourself in the peaceful space of the ocean.
- Son Hao Beach: Bustling with many fun activities on the sea such as canoeing, playing in the inflatable house. With clear blue water and fine sand, along with convenient services such as seafood restaurants and swimsuit rental, this is an ideal destination for groups of young people or families who want to experience exciting activities.
Evening: You will have dinner at the restaurant. After dinner, you can participate in recreational activities on the beach or visit the night market. The night market in Quan Lan is small but very diverse, with many snacks such as squid, dried fish and fresh seafood. This is an opportunity for you to enjoy delicious dishes or choose some specialties as souvenirs for family and friends.

06:00: You will have breakfast at the restaurant.
07:30: After breakfast, the car and tour guide will take you to Quan Lan Communal House - an ancient historical relic dating back to the Tran Dynasty, with Northern architecture and delicate sculptural details. Quan Lan Communal House is not only a sacred place of worship but also an important cultural symbol of the islanders. Here, you will have the opportunity to hear interesting stories about the island's history and legends about the resilient people who fought against foreign invaders in the past.
11:30: The group will check out of the hotel and have lunch.
14:00: You will take the electric car to Minh Chau Port to take the speedboat back to the mainland
16:00: Arrive at Ao Tien Port, the car will pick you up and take you back to Hanoi, to the original pick-up point, say goodbye and see you again in the next program.
