08:00: Car & tour guide pick you up at the meeting point to start the 1-day tour of the City named after Uncle Ho.
08:30: You will visit:
Independence Palace: an iconic architectural work located in Ho Chi Minh City. This is not only an attractive tourist destination but also an important historical witness marking many important events in modern Vietnamese history. When visiting the Independence Palace, visitors not only admire a unique architectural work but also have the opportunity to learn more about a special historical period of the nation. Each room and each artifact in the palace has its own story, contributing to recreating a turbulent historical period.
Leaving the Reunification Palace, the group continues to take photos and check-in at the City Post Office and Notre Dame Cathedral.
10:30: The group continues to visit Ben Thanh Market and the War Remnants Museum - where many images, documents and artifacts are kept and displayed, reminding us of the painful war of invasion in Vietnam. Through that, we are even more proud of the history of our Vietnamese people.
Lunch: You can enjoy snacks on your own at the snack street in District 5 such as Nam Vang noodles or dumplings, steamed buns, stewed duck noodles, vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste, Chinese noodles...
Afternoon: The tour guide takes the group to visit Cho Lon area - an area with a large Chinese population, where many unique cultural and architectural features of the Chaozhou and Fujian people are still preserved.
The group visits: Thien Hau Pagoda, a familiar religious structure of the Chinese community living in Saigon Cho Lon. The ancient pagoda has a majestic and ancient architecture with more than 400 precious antiques carefully preserved such as wall paintings, reliefs, bronze incense burners... This is the place to worship Thien Hau Thanh Mau - an important God in the beliefs of the Chinese people.
On Lang Assembly Hall (also known as Quan Am Pagoda): is not only a spiritual destination but also stands out with its typical decorative techniques of Fujian architecture with dragon statues and reliefs mounted on the roof top or the knife head.
17:00: The car takes the group to Saigon Port - the wharf where the Benthanh Princess dinner cruise is anchored.
18:00: The group completes the procedures to board the ship and departs for a cruise on the Saigon River. While enjoying a luxurious dinner on the cruise, you will pass Nha Rong Wharf - Bach Dang Wharf - Tran Hung Dao Monument - Ba Son Port - Ba Son Crane - Thu Thiem 1 Bridge - Landmark Area 81 Floor
21:00: The cruise arrives at the dock to drop off passengers, the car will pick you up and take you back to the hotel to rest.
